An address that goes nowhere is worse than none.

There is no contact address on this page, and that is not an oversight we are hoping you will not notice. The company entity is not cleared, so there is no desk for a message to land on — and an address that goes nowhere costs the person who wrote to it far more than it costs us. Here is what does work instead, today.

An unroutable address is a broken promise.

Publishing a contact address that cannot be routed to the right person or department is not helpful. It is a promise that will be broken. Before ORBIS publishes email addresses or names, the company must have the registered entity and the organizational structure to route messages properly.

Why contact routes are not here yet.

Contact addresses require several things to be in place. First, the company must have a cleared legal entity and jurisdiction. Second, the organizational structure must be built to route messages properly. Third, the answer to each type of question must be known in advance — security, sales, operations, legal. Until all three are confirmed, publishing contact addresses would be a false promise.

What you can do now.

For a security issue, the address is security@orbis.id — published in the cell's own .well-known/security.txt rather than only on this page, so the route survives a redesign of this page. Read the trust page to understand what the platform does today. Open the cell endpoints yourself and see what they say. The platform publishes its own state — you do not need to ask about it.

How do I contact ORBIS?: General contact routes are not published yet. The company entity is not cleared. For a security issue only, security@orbis.id is real and published in the cell's own security.txt.
When will contact information be available?: When the company entity clearing is complete and the organization is ready to handle inquiries. This page will change to a real contact section on that day.
Can I reach someone to answer a question?: The cell and the platform pages answer most questions about what exists and what runs. Read those first. If you have a security concern, use security.txt.

The machines answer even though the company cannot yet. That is a strange thing to admit on a contact page, and it is also the most useful thing we can tell you: you do not have to reach a person to check whether any of this is true.
