No analytics script runs on this site, no advertising pixel is loaded, and no cookie tracks you across it — so reading this page is not measured, by us or by anyone we let in. The formal notice a regulator would recognize is still being drafted with counsel; what follows is the honest technical answer in the meantime.
This is the one legal page that can already be mostly true.
A cookie notice describes a mechanism, and the mechanism is already built — unlike the other five legal pages, which describe an agreement that does not exist yet. That is why this page carries more than a gap statement.

This site runs on Azure, and Azure sets one session-affinity cookie so repeat requests from your browser land on the same server instance — that is the cookie the sentence above refers to. It is not set by any script this site's own code runs, it does not identify you across sites, and no consent banner blocks the page while that remains true.
Your theme choice — light or dark — is kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and it never leaves your device.
What is still missing.
The technical description above is accurate to how this site is deployed today. What is still missing is the formal cookie notice — retention periods, legal citations, the version a regulator would expect — because that document is with counsel, not because the underlying fact changes.
